Content Creator Hotel Activity (Phu Quoc Based)

Analyse content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging
Create compelling written content for our website, blog, and social media channels
Develop and implement a content strategy that highlights our hotel&039;s activities and amenities
Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms
Develop creative ideas for new content series or campaigns to engage potential guests
Stay up- to- date with the latest content creation trends and tools
Design eye- catching graphics and visuals to support marketing campaigns
Capture high- quality photographs and videos of hotel activities, events, and guest experiences
Work closely with different departments to gather information about hotel activities and guest feedback

Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus
Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required
Proficiency in photography and videography, including editing software
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms
Familiarity with hotel operations and guest activities
Strong graphic design skills and experience with design tools
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
Understanding of current travel and tourism trends
Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred)
In- depth knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems
