Contract Accountant

In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Finance team, located in our Ho Chi Minh City as Contract Accountant for 6 months to support our finance operations during the transition to our new project. This role will focus on managing accounting tasks related to the Company book, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial entries and cash flow tracking.
What you will do. A day in the life.
Let’s explore some of the key responsibilities of the position. On a given day, you will:
- Handle bank transfers, including follow- up on debit/credit advice
- Support the transition and data alignment for BC go- live i.e. transaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Maintain manual Excel control, for daily cash flow monitoring
- Record and manage accounting entries in FAST for the ACSV book
- Issue and track VAT invoices
- Process and verify payment requests
