[Contractor] Supply Planner

• Accountable for maintaining planning related master data in company’s ERP system
• Accountable for optimal inventory level of assigned groups of raw materials and packaging materials, as well as smooth and efficient communications with suppliers and counterparts
Job Responsibilities
• Follow up the fulfilment of material requirement plans. Take measures to adjust plans when necessary
• Communicate with other overseas suppliers on all operational matters regarding deliveries of imported materials/ finished goods
• Follow Company’s regulations, including, not limited to, Food Safety & Quality, Safety – Health – Environment
• Coordinate with shipping section in import clearance matters to make sure of on- time arrival of imported goods
• Prepare monthly reports
• Regularly review and manage aging raw/packaging materials and propose solution to prevent WO
• Plan monthly/ weekly material requirement plans. Process purchase orders for assigned groups of raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods
• Co- ordinated with related stakeholders to solve all issues (if any) related to Raw/pack supply
• Other tasks assigned by Line Managers
• Communicate with suppliers and partners on all operational matters related to the fulfilment of material requirement plans
• Take part in new product development projects and carry out related planning and logistical activities
• Take part in marketing project and plan for all logistic activities to execute the plan
• Coordinate with QAQC and other departments in solving quality deviation of purchased materials. Co- ordinate with QAQC and Procurement to handle nonconforming products with suppliers
• Maintain material and planning related mater data for assigned groups of materials
