About the role
This position plays a key role in supporting corporate financial management and driving business strategy. The role involves analyzing business conditions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to strategic decisions that enhance company growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Development
+ Develop new business models or scheme aligned with company goals.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance business value and propose strategic initiatives.
+ Analyze the business environment and plan long- term, medium- term, and short- term business strategies.
Leadership Communication & Coordination
+ Collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
+ Accurately communicate the General Director&039;s directions to internal parties (Board of Directors, Employees) and external parties (Head Office, Guests, NSC, other Manufacturing Companies).
+ Maintain strong working relationships with NSC and other manufacturing companies to improve overall business performance.
Financial & Investment Management
+ Develop and monitor cost management plans to ensure profitability.
+ Propose and evaluate investment projects to drive sustainable growth.
+ Make decisions that are consistent with the business strategies of the head office and our company.
+ Work with NSC and the Head Office to build pricing policies that maximize consolidated profit.
Team Management
+ Monitor individual progress and provide feedback to help achieve targets.
+ Coach, develop, and support team members to improve performance and capabilities.
+ Review team members&039; work before submitting to higher management.
