- 01 position in Food & Beverage Division
This 12- month Career Management Trainee (CMT) Program is thoughtfully designed to develop operational excellence, leadership capabilities, and cross- functional exposure. It aims to build a strong foundation for participants to progress toward becoming a Leadership Committee member within 5 to 8 years, based on performance, leadership potential, and mobility.

We are looking for passionate and driven fresh Vietnamese local graduates who are eager to launch their careers in luxury hospitality.

Language Skills: a good working knowledge of English and other languages are a plus
Career Aspiration: A clear ambition to grow into a managerial and leadership role within Hyatt&039;s 5- star properties.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, Recent graduate (within 12 months) or final- year student
Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to long- term goals
Experience: relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage
Personal Attribute: passionate about hospitality, high adaptability & resilience, and curious about global hospitality trends.
Minimum 6–12 months of internship or part- time work in hotels or customer service roles
Open to relocation within the Hyatt network.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Skills: strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem- solving, and cultural awareness
