Corporate Strategy Deputy Manager (residential) - HCMC

Contribute to business development activities and other projects as assigned.
Monitor and evaluate the investment performance of ongoing and upcoming projects.
Lead the review of project legal frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Strategic & Legal Advisory Assess and evaluate potential residential development opportunities from a strategic and legal perspective.
Investment & Feasibility Analysis Conduct high- level market and financial feasibility studies to identify profitable opportunities.
Support the Manager / Director in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities to facilitate smooth project approvals and resolve potential issues.
Provide legal and regulatory insights to support project direction and investment strategies.
Develop and maintain robust investment models to optimize project structures.
Strategic Project Management Collaborate closely with internal teams to align project strategies, timelines, and deliverables.

Confident, enthusiastic, polite and detail- oriented.
Have experience in residential projects at real estate developer is a plus.
From 6 years of working experience in Project Development, Investment, Project Legal
Fluent in English
