Corporate Travel Specialist

The Business Travel Specialist coordinates domestic and international business travel for associates and executives across all company facilities. This role ensures travel is accurate, cost- effective, safe, and compliant with company policy while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain assigned GDS queues; assist with online booking tool inquiries.
Book and manage domestic and international travel per department procedures.
Prepare passports, visas, embassy registrations, and related documentation for international travel.
Provide high- quality customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Prepare invitation letters for international visitors.
Negotiate group travel arrangements when needed.
Collaborate with internal teams and demonstrate company Core and Growth Values.
Respond to travel requests via phone and email.
Advise travelers on efficient routes, lowest fares, and appropriate travel services.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, or any related fields.
Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative support skills.
1- 2 years of experience in Administration, Travel coordination, Assistant, or related roles.
Detail- oriented, hardworking, and highly organized.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Willing and able to support work in the US. time zone.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) with strong communication skills.
