Cost analyst (Finance Business Partner Specialist)

Operational level

Gather and analyze financial data: general financial data, Profit and loss;
Give ideas on expenses related purchasing raw materials and supply chain, including economic analysis and operation procedures.
Prepare monthly WH and Logistic and Operation performance report.
Stay up to date on project budgets and project spending related to Supply chain and Operations.
Control the budget of SC and Operations.
Perform cost and benefit analysis that support management’s decision making (e.g. investments, market growth, pricing changes).
Monitor the inventory efficiency (turnover, level and value) with SC and other owners.

Digital transformation

Develop dashboards of key finance performance indicators.
Lead the project of developing monthly, weekly financial report on BI.
Develop big data to identify growth and expansion opportunities.

Financial Information to be analyzed and maximized
• Logistic and Warehouse expenses
• Expenses relate to purchased raw materials
• Operation expenses
• Efficiency of Inventory (ratios of Inventory including Inventory turnover days, Aging…)
Strategic level:
• Analyze investment opportunities (if any).
• Rolling monthly Profit and Loss Forecast;

• Advanced in Excel (Power query, power pivot, power BI)
• Cost controlling
• ERP is a must, preferably SAP Hana
• Cost plus pricing model
• Having +3yrs general knowledge and understanding of the operations in any industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or a related subject
