Costing Analyst

Actively engage design, development, dev- com, material and production teams, drive a collaborative process to optimize product costs against performance goals.
Lead seasonal price negotiations with factories and suppliers for LOP, usages, component and process costs.
Monitor and review reports and information to detect, assess, and identify problems with recommendations to resolve.
Build strong partnerships with factories and BU, establish performance benchmark, define opportunities and collaborate with BU and factories for improvement
Work closely with cross functional HQ to support the company to achieve margin target.
Manages and delivers pricing according to each brand’s critical path and margin requirements.

Fluent in spoken and written English; Chinese communication is plus.
Strong with systems and advanced excel.
Strong work ethics and sense of ownership.
More than 5 years of footwear costing experience.
Experienced with footwear constructions and production process.
Strong business sense, analytical and reporting skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
