- Collect all info from R&D to make quotation/ receive order from customer/ follow up delivery plan/ follow up project&039;s all relative issue)
- Coordinate with logistics /PU to monitor and urge the delivery of raw materials, supplies, and molds to ensure they arrive on time.
- Receiving orders from customers & check and feedback estimate time of departure
- Collecting customer feedback on current orders and reporting to relevant departments for timely resolution
- Arranging and supervising deliveries according to the committed timeline.
- Standard price in SAP systems
- Follow up with in time production status to meet the external delivery plan
- Monitoring order progress and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure production stays on schedule.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Accountant, Business Administration or related field
Knowledge about customer service, at least 1 years in customer service posistion
Good English
Knowledge and experience about Costing, at least 1 year
