Costing & Inventory Senior Specialist

Prepare costing reports: product costing, order- based costing, and cost breakdown reports.
Collect and verify actual expenses to determine the actual cost of goods produced.
Calculate standard cost based on approved BOM, recipes, and cost budgets.
Record and manage accounting entries related to product costing.
Control and analyze cost variances between actual consumption vs. standard.

Inventory Responsibilities

Review and update warehouse documents (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer, Return) ensuring accuracy in quantity, pricing, and approvals.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Warehouse, Kitchen/Bar, Procurement, Internal Control) to perform periodic and ad- hoc stock counts.
Control material consumption and usage to ensure compliance with approved standards.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure proper resolution.
Prepare reports related to material requirements, material usage, and inventory levels.
Monitor daily transactions of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods including inbound, outbound, and disposal movements.

Cost Optimization & Support

Conduct price surveys for raw materials and propose cost adjustments to optimize revenue and profit.
Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to improve cost control processes and material efficiency.
