- Support Customer Service team to provide cost analysis and comparison for new product changes/updates
- Lead and supervise the costing team to ensure timely and accurate costing activities.
- Schedule and update costing plan, also costing reports
- Understanding differences between estimated cost and actual cost.
- Analyze Bill of Materials to calculate product costs.
- Continous learn and undersatnd factory processes to drive cost improvement and reduction opportunities
- Monitor cost changes in materials and production processes.
- Train and develop team members to improve costing knowledge and efficiency.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in costing or cost analysis in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic English for reading and communication.
- Good understanding of BOM, product specification, and cost structure.
- At least 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or furniture industry is preferred.
