Full- time: 40 hours per week
Working location: Split 3- 4 days Bear Sanctuary Ninh Binh, 1- 2 days Hanoi office

• Running day to day operations in the country
• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the organization’s strategy and mission
• Working in close collaboration and consultation with Regional Director Asia as well as with Vietnam Country Office on international and national topics to ensure compliance with FP guidelines and national laws
• Leading the country management team in implementing FOUR PAWS strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with the organisation’s principles, policies, processes and guidelines
