We are looking for a Coworking & Community Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver an amazing experience to our members from around the world. As one of our Community Team members at Hub Hoi An, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members feel welcomed, supported, and engaged in our vibrant coworking and coliving space.
If you enjoy meeting people,are passionate about building communities, creative at solving problems, and love working in a friendly international environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Notice issues early, solve them where you can and suggest improvements where you can’t.
Keep the space clean, functional, and welcoming.
Support daily operations in the coworking & coliving space, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
Welcome, onboard, and assist members during their stay.
Maintain member records and handle admin tasks
Organize, lead and support community events and activities
Other similar tasks as required
Collect feedback from members and help improve community experience.
Support marketing and social media
Communicate with members in English (in person and via digital channels)
Requirements
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or community roles is preferred.
Able to work independently and solve problems.
Organized and able to manage time well.
Excellent communication abilities
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
Computer literate- spreadsheets, socials, AI etc
Emotionally intelligent and a strong listener.
