Credit Reappraisal Officer (Corporate) Ha Noi

- Be responsible for all the calculation methods, analysis results, financial ratios, credit assessments and recommendations in Credit Re- appraisal Reports.
- Conduct Credit Re- appraisal Reports on the basis of assessment of the credit proposals from Business Units/related Departments at H.O and collateral re- appraisal reports.
- Other tasks assigned by managers
- Master credit policies, internal regulations and regulations of the State Bank on credit granting and loan security.
- Support Business units/ related Departments at HO in handling issues relating to credit appraisal.
- Ensure integrity and subjective in preparing Credit Re- appraisal Reports.
- Review the Credit Ratings result submitted by Business Units/related Departments at H.O
- Re- appraise all the credit proposals (including corporate bond trading) received from Business Units/ H.O Departments for ensuring all the credit activities are in compliance with IVB internal credit policies and as regulated by the State Bank of Vietnam.

- Male/Female with bachelor degree and above in Economics, Finance, Banking, …..
- Good at teamwork skill, problem- solving and decision- making skills
- English: equivalent TOEIC 700 upwards, meet requirements of works.
- Comprehensive in internal policies and regulations as well as regulations of the SBV on credit activities, collaterals and other related regulations.
- Candidates with experience in collateral valuation and a valuation certificate are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of economics, finance, banking, securities, real estate, investment,
- Skills of financial analysis and time management, communication and presentation.
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience in Credit of Corporate Banking or Corporate Finance
