Key Responsibilities
Automation/BAU Assistance
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the expansion of the Rodd & Gunn group globally through our marketing automation tool. You will execute the build of automated email series&039; and use data to drive results.
- Assist with executing optimisations to current and new automation series
- Assist in the creation of automation triggers
- Complete bulk updates to automated campaigns as required
- Test and refine emails
- Assist in building/scheduling The Lodge Group EDMs
- Work with e- commerce on onsite issues impacting EDMs
A/B Testing
- Build and schedule A/B testing programs, and maintain a log
Reporting/Data
- Weekly & monthly reporting
- Assist in data extraction requests
- Assist in analysing data to identify trends and outliers
- Support in delivering and reporting on email initiatives
- Support Brand & Marketing team with segment requests
- Build/maintain translation log
- Assist the Brand & Marketing team with other requests as required
Job requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
- A tertiary qualification in advertising, marketing, digital or a related function.
- Data and analytical skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Embraces and is motivated by a collaborative team culture.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Knowledge of HTML coding is preferable but not essential.
- Proficient in English language.
