CRM & Content Marketing Specialist (3+ Years)

You’ll collaborate closely with IT, Sales, Customer Support, and external marketing partners to ensure cohesive messaging across email, webshop, social media, and ads. You’ll also drive innovation by testing new tools, enhancing automation, and exploring AI to improve performance. This role is ideal for a hands- on marketer who combines strong writing skills with a strategic, data- driven mindset.
As a CRM & Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of email marketing and content strategy, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud as your primary tool. You’ll build automated customer journeys, craft high- performing emails, and run campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers across Europe. From planning to execution, your work will shape how the brand connects with audiences across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate teams: work with Sales and Support to align messaging and lead flows.
- Enable others: train colleagues on Salesforce tools and workflows.
- Own the roadmap: drive marketing planning and initiative tracking.
- Ensure consistency: align messaging with performance marketing across channels.
- Stay informed: follow Salesforce updates and automation best practices.
- Test and innovate: explore new tools, AI, and automation to boost results.
- Create clear, conversion- focused copy for email, webshop, ads, and social.
- Update webshop: collaborate with IT to maintain content and support SEO.
- Optimize CRM: improve data quality and segmentation in Salesforce.
- Lead campaign: plan, execute, and track performance across all stages.
- Build campaigns, flows, and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- 3+ years in a fast- paced e- commerce setting.
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Familiar with Prestashop, GA4, or similar tools (nice to have)
- Skilled in creating email, campaign, and multi- channel content
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple projects
- Analytical, with a test- and- learn mindset
- Must be fluent in English
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio
- Curious about AI and its role in marketing automation
- Confident managing campaigns from concept to reporting
