JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Coordinate with 3rd parties&039; community such as: artist fandoms (BA/Lead KOLs), campus students: support activation projects, content, and events to engage young Gen Z users.
● Collaborate cross- functionally with Marketing, Sales, Community, Customer Service and external partners/agencies to execute retention and loyalty campaigns.
● Platform Management: Oversee and manage data within the CRM systems and integrate it with the e- commerce platform.
● Partner closely with Ofans community: plan and execute engagement activities (contests, challenges, meetups) to build strong relationships with core users and fans.
● Own and lead in- app content strategy for My OPPO app: conceptualize, create, and optimize content series on guidance, tips & tricks to drive meaningful user engagement, increase app opens, boost retention rates, and enhance overall user satisfaction/experience.
● Manage and optimize the My OPPO app loyalty program: design rewards, points system, exclusive benefits, push notifications, and in- app events to boost user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
● Collaborate with APAC/HQ teams on technical & system alignment (e.g., new features integration).
● Analyze user data (behavior, retention metrics, redemption rates) using OPPO inhouse tools & some other digital tools to generate insights and recommend optimizations to achieve KPIs (e.g., DAU, points earned, conversion).
