Customer Care Specialist (English)

Check and validate membership card information in the system; identify issues related to loyalty points or membership accounts and process point adjustment requests when necessary.
Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Handle, record, and resolve customer feedback and complaints across multiple channels, including Hotline, digital platforms (English & Vietnamese), Fanpage, Email, and the Online Complaint Box.
Support all store branches in assisting foreign customers, ensuring consistent service quality and smooth operational coordination.

Ability to work effectively with diverse customer profiles and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
Strong English proficiency with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Customer Experience Management, including handling customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels (hotline, outbound calls, social media, in- app platforms, etc.).
Able to perform well under pressure, including working overtime, weekends, public holidays, and Tet holidays when required.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Hands- on experience using CRM systems.
Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
