Responsibilities & Details :
ABILITY TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS BETWEEN 21:00 – 6:00 WITH AN ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE FOR NIGHT SHIFTS (MINIMUM 2 WEEKS PER MONTH).
AGE: 22- 29
Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
Assist clients on Live- chat/ Email
Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
Typing skills/ Multitasking skills
Introduce Products/Promotions to clients
Able to work in a Team in order to execute daily volume of work
Training provided for 1 week (Paid). Examination for training at the end of the week.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent computer literacy
VIETNAMESE Native Language- Mandatory
Ability to multitask and maintain a high- level of organization
Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related- Mandatory
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written skills in English- Mandatory
