Customer Quality Engineer
Mô tả công việc
- Plan and perform factory- wide QSA, QPA self- assessments prior to customer audits.
- Coordinate and respond to customer quality issues and requirements
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior QC members
- Prepare quality reports (Weekly, monthly, Quarterly) and present quality performance to management
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Manage customer complaints; perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to close
- Act as the key contact for customer audits; prepare documentation, coordinate audit activities, and follow up on audit findings
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong English communication skills are required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
- Proficient in 7 QC Tools, priority fluency in using JMP
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management
