Customer Service Executive (B2B Chemical)

Issue POs to suppliers, track and manage material categories to ensure timely and reliable supply.
Purchase materials in line with purchase requisitions or sales forecasts, following company policies and procedures.
Develop delivery plans and ensure on- time shipment to meet customer requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.
Control and manage products, arrange returns to suppliers, and provide replacements to customers.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure smooth workflow processes.
Manage and monitor customer POs, coordinating closely with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Handle precursor and chemical declarations for both imported and exported cargo (when applicable).
