Customer Service Manager (Korean Speaking)

Interpretation: Provide Korean- Vietnamese interpretation between the Project Director (Korean) and Vietnamese staff.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports as requested by senior management.
Financial Management: Manage project budget and revenue (in coordination with the technical team).
Tenant Management: Manage office move- in/move- out processes and handle customer service/relations.
Budgeting & Procurement: Prepare budgets and estimate supplies/equipment for project services (cleaning, parking, landscaping).
Subcontractor Supervision: Supervise subcontractor performance (in coordination with the technical team).
Incident Management: Resolve office operational issues (in coordination with the technical team).
Yêu cầu công việc
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Korean
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in office operations and leasing/property management is preferred.
- Graduated from University.
- Able to work 48- hours/ week
- Knowledge and experience in administrative work.
