Customer Service Officer

* Quản lý đơn hàng & hỗ trợ khách hàng- Receive, process and follow up on customer orders (domestic and/or international);- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting) to ensure timely delivery;- Monitor order status and proactively update customers on delivery schedules or changes;- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, delivery, invoices and service quality.- Provide customer support regarding price quotes, inventory checks, shipping costs, delivery times, and payment collection.- Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customer concerns.* Customer Relationship Management- Act as the main contact point between the Company and customers throughout the order fulfillment process;- Maintain good relationships with existing customers;- Support the Sales team in customer- related matters and satisfaction tracking.* Documentation & Reporting:- Prepare and check order- related documents such as purchase orders, contracts, invoices and delivery documents (if any);- Update order and customer information in ERP/CRM systems- Prepare periodic or ad- hoc reports as requested by management.* Internal Coordination & Compliance:- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow;- Comply with internal policies, including confidentiality and personal data protection requirements;- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.- Plant located: Factory A2- 2.F1, Lot A, Road No. D3, Nhon Trach II- Loc Khang Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Commune, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education & Experience+ College/University degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics or related fields;+ 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration or similar roles;+ Experience in a manufacturing or multinational company is preferred;- Skills & Competencies+ Good communication skills and effective problem- solving abilities;+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor tasks and manage time efficiently;+ Careful, detail- oriented and highly responsible;+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Language & IT Skills+ English: able to communicate and read/understand emails and documents at a good working level+ Experience in using ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.- Attitude & Personal Attributes+ Proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure;+ Customer- oriented mindset;+ Honest, compliant with company regulations and highly aware of information confidentiality.
