Prepare documents necessary for samples and prototype requests.
Understand and follow applicable Company practices, policies and procedures.
Perform special assignments as directed by the Product Marketing Manager .
Notify customers of changes in delivery or production schedules, or in some cases, provide customers or management with periodic reports.
Maintain customer per FCST, hub management, stock level control to fulfill customer’s demand.
Enter customer RFQS, for products as requested.
Work safely.
Responsibility for assisting Sales/Marketing with contract review.
Develop selling prices for standard product, based on guidelines from Product Marketing Managers.
Respond clearly, promptly, tactfully to customers&039; inquiries regarding the status of their accounts.
Maintain customer accounts by recording order changes or returned items.
Maintain current sell price for products/customer.
CSR may train & guidance new / Jr. CSR(s).
Direct customers&039; inquiries to appropriate personnel if not able to resolve questions directly or satisfactorily.
Prepare basic documents in response to orders received from sales personnel or from established customers.
RBA Duties:
With rights and duties to understand RBA, and with the rights and duties to feedback problems and provide suggestions
