Customer Service Staff (11-Month Contract)

- Close settlement: input into internal system, checking cost buy and sell
- Updates excel file to follow (H. B/L No, INV No, ETA, F.Dest ATA, OFT, trucking price, other fee, Truck test…….)
- Checking buying price and selling price for customer shipment
- Handle other issues with customers if any
- Input price in SCS- customer systems
- Making and checking selling debit, reviewing internal and with customer monthly

- Customer- oriented mindset, hardworking, enthusiastic, with good logistical thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Logistics, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience or strong willingness to learn
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
