Customer Service Team Leader

Build and update customer and overseas agent SOPs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support business growth with new ones.
Supervise, assign tasks, and evaluate performance of CS staff (via email/Zalo/app).
Control department costs, prepare reports, and propose improvement plans.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and Pricing teams to meet customer requirements.
Monitor shipment progress, coordinate with service providers, and resolve issues (loss, damage, delay).
Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient order handling and customer support.
Develop and manage relationships with agents, NVOCCs, and logistics partners.
Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and effectively.
Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.
Manage and oversee daily operations of the Customer Service Department.
Organize training, evaluate staff performance, and develop team capabilities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Good command of English and office software.
4- 5 years of experience in similar positions (Freight Forwarding/Logistics).
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
