Customer Support Collaborator (100% Online, up to 10M)

Job Description:

Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow- up tasks.
Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
Keep customers updated on their requests.
Participate in regular online training sessions.
Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps.
Help customers set up and use BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).

Requirements:

Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e- commerce is an advantage.
Preferably 20- 25 years old.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
Working hours are from 0:00 to 5:00 AM or 18:00 to 0:00 or 19:00 to 0:00 weekdays.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.
Team player with a fast learning ability.
Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent.
