Customer Support Collaborator (Part-time, 100% Remote)

Job Description:
Work with various teams
Support to handle problems arising when customers install and use the Shopify Themes and Apps.
Advise customers on solutions when using eCommerce and Shopify
Transfer technical problems, request customization for the development team, and ensure the quality of work delivered to customers.
Update customers on the status of processing requests
Conduct other tasks assigned
Consult, guide, and support in solving queries about Omni Themes’ products from customers through multiple support channels
Requirements:
Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
Ideally a university student in their third or final year, or between 19- 25 years old.
Team- oriented with a quick learning capability.
Working hours (UTC+7): Regular shift (Remote): shift- based — 00:00–04:00 (Tue–Sat) or 08:00–12:00 or 12:00- 16:00 (Mon–Fri). Training: 1 month from 10:00- 17:00, lunch break from 11:45- 13:15.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, analysis, and critical thinking.
Prior experience in customer support for tech or e- commerce is a plus.
Compensation is based on actual hours worked.
