Job Description:
Follow standard communication procedures, company policies, and service guidelines.
Handle a high volume of incoming calls and text messages from customers.
Effectively manage customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes; ensure proper follow- up to guarantee resolution.
Go above and beyond to engage and satisfy customers, delivering exceptional service experiences.
Deliver accurate, detailed, and complete information in response to customer inquiries.
Working Hours
9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night shift, Monday to Friday)
Requirements
College degree or higher.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Passionate about customer service and willing to work flexible shifts.
Strong sense of teamwork and dedication to exceeding expectations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a high level of responsibility.
