Job Summary

HS code classification for RM, FGs,
Customs procedure

Responsibilities

Maintenance master data of HS code declaration, HS code classification to unify correct HS code for same material with different items
Verify the right HS code for old master data
Application for rulings on HS codes of critical items if any
Settlement of HS code dispute if any to judge the right HS code with customs
HS code classification for all kinds of material, FGs, machine and spare part,… align to customs regulation, GIRs, explanatory note.
Perform customs procedure of EPE for import, export, re- export, re- purpose, temp- import/ re- export, temp- export/ re- import, … of all kind of goods as material sample, FGs sample, machine, PPE, specialized commodity,…
Support customs audits in regard of HS code dispute

Academic
University degree in business administration, Economics, customs colleges or related majors
Years of experience
At least 5 years works in the scope of import export in an international company
At least 3 years works in the same scope (HS code classification)
Special knowledge
Certificate of completion training course of HS code classification hold by VCCI, customs is preferable
Good knowledge of customs regulation
System (Oracle, SAP ERP, ECUS)
Other skills

Good command of written and spoken English
Logical thinking, analytical skills, technical mindset
Teamwork, supportive and corporative sense, responsibility
Good in office computer
Time management
