Customs Staff (Export)

Follow export plan to collect information, make invoice, packing list, shipping advice, custom declaration form (CDF) and send CDF via system;Register consumption of each style;Work closely with broker/trucking service to ensure Customs clearance procedure run smoothly;Track original export CDF;Perform the tasks related to Internal Audit (if any);Make sale report (list of sale, contract, list of export status);Liquidate (liquidate contract, transfer surplus raw materials to new contract);Support Finance to make settlement report (in accordance with financial year of Accountant);Transfer export documents to Finance for setting up payment and closing monthly sale;Making and following to supply on time documents that customer’s requirement, such as Fumigation certificate, phytosanitary certificate, CO.

Education:Graduated with Import/ Export, Foreign Trade, Shipping, Trade Management major from College.2. Experience:At least 1 year of relevant experience in im/export department of garment, shoes, bag, furniture companies.3. Knowledge of:Have knowledge in Customs liquidation process, including management of E- customs data, Customs BOM management, import- export customs declaration, reconciliation of customs data with company’s inventory balances;Good knowledge of applying HS code to comply with Customs law;Have knowledge of current Customs law and related regulation for import export activities and able to present customs issues to the Management in timely manner;Internet, Email, Microsoft office, Customs software programs: VNACCS;Update Customs laws and regulations;Procedures of import processing and exporting shipment.4. Skills and Abilities:Good communication and import export working skills.
