Data Analyst (Fresher)

Write and optimize BigQuery queries for data extraction and analysis purposes.
Propose product improvement initiatives based on data- driven analysis.
Process, normalize, and validate data using Python (pandas, numpy, etc.) when necessary.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal discussions to share ideas and insights.
Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to define analytical questions and generate valuable insights.
Design and build automated reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.
Analyze user data, gameplay behavior, revenue metrics, and marketing performance.

Experience querying databases using BigQuery or similar database management systems (basic to intermediate SQL: SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, CTE, etc.).
Highly responsible, proactive, detail- oriented, and meticulous.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, vlookup, filter, etc.).
Strong data visualization and presentation skills (using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or similar tools).
Ability to use Python for basic data processing tasks (pandas, file I/O, simple APIs).
6 months to 1 year of experience, or fresh graduates are welcome.
Good communication skills and willingness to work within a large team.
Basic understanding of Firebase Analytics and event- based data is a plus.
