Database Administrator Expert DBA, Python, SQL/Oracle

Database Administration & Operations
- Implement proactive monitoring & alerting automation for database health
- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch database management systems (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Ensure database availability, disaster recovery (HA/DR), and scalability.
- Monitor and optimize database performance; troubleshoot and resolve database- related issues.
Data Security & Protection
- Design and implement backup & recovery solutions to meet SLA- defined RPO and RTO.
- Manage user access, implement database security, encryption, and auditing.
- RE: LOS_2025_170_New Loan Contract template (Alliex, VNPT)
Database Design & Optimization
- Analyze business requirements, design data models, optimize schema, indexes, and queries.
- Ensure compliance with SBV regulations, PCI DSS, and internal audit/security frameworks.
- Work with auditors and security teams during inspections and reviews.
- Participate in architecture design for new systems and expansion projects.
Support & Collaboration
- Work with development (Dev), operations (Ops), and security (Sec) teams to deploy applications and databases.
- Collaborate with infrastructure (storage, network, OS) teams to ensure stable system integration.
- Mentor and guide junior DBAs and team members.
Research & Development
- Explore advanced replication & HA solutions (Oracle Data Guard, GoldenGate, VMware SRM, etc.)
- Recommend cost optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging database technologies (cloud databases, big data, automation).
- Evaluate cloud adoption readiness and recommend database migration/modernization strategies

Experience:
- Proven track record of managing mission- critical OLTP workloads with high availability and disaster recovery.
- Experience working in banking and financial institutions is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT with at least 5–7 years as a dedicated DBA managing large- scale, complex database systems.
Acknowledgments:
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, mentoring, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong proficiency in backup/recovery (RMAN, Veeam, etc.), performance tuning, security, replication (Data Guard, GoldenGate).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Oracle OEM, Zabbix, Prometheus, ManageEngine, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of Storage (SAN, ASM), Network, and Security concepts.
- Experience in compliance & audit processes (PCI DSS, SBV regulatory standards).
- Ability to deploy and install database systems on many different OS platforms (Unix / Linux / Windows).
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix, Windows Server, and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell), with focus on automation for DBOps.
- In- depth knowledge of database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
