Sales & Supply Report: List down shortage & overstock models. Study for reason and suggest solution
Allocation support: Review Forecast & Project list from Sales Teams, Compare with historical data & Suggest allocation for special models/shortage models
Monthly forecast: Review Forecast & Project list from Sales Teams, Compare with history data and adjust so that current stock, production plan and sales demand match the best, Upload final forecast data.
Inventory report: Download beginning stock- compare with stock and update to inventory report form, manually investigate & revise if any discrepancy found
Shipment confirmation: Update sales progress, compare with current stock & Factory&039;s stock- send adequate shipping quantity to catch up with sales progress & forecast.
Monthly update aging stock report (class/model/target quantity) to promote sales and old model list cancellation proposal
Business Planning and Consolidation (Orders) reply check & PO: Check reply data and feedback if there is any adjustment needed, Divide for South- North demand, Create PO forms with quotation price and normal price.

Excel and English Skill.
Education background: University graduate.
