Depot Manager (Công Ty CP Dịch Vụ Du Lịch Đường Sắt Đông Dương)

• Phụ trách chung toàn mọi hoạt động của Trạm, chịu trách nhiệm trước Ban giám đốc về kết quả hoạt động mọi mặt của Trạm đầu máy.
Oversee all activities of the Depot, accountable to the BOD for the overall performance and results of the depot.
• Tổ chức họp giao ban hằng tuần, hằng tháng tại Trạm. Chỉ đạo triển khai KHSX và các công tác khác của trạm.
Organize weekly and monthly briefings at the depot. Direct the implementation of production plans and other tasks of the depot.
• Quản lý công tác ATCT, ATLĐ, VSCN, quản lý nhân lực của Trạm.
Manage occupational safety, labor safety, industrial hygiene, and human management at the Depot.
• Quản lý công tác an toàn lao động, phòng chống cháy nổ, vệ sinh công nghiệp tại khu vực chỉnh bị, hệ thống nhà làm việc, văn phòng, lưu trú, hệ thống điện, thiết bị văn phòng trong trạm.
Ensuring labor safety, fire prevention, industrial hygiene in the maintenance area, as well as the management of work facilities, offices, accommodations, electrical systems, and office equipment within the depot.
• Tham gia các cuộc họp của Công ty có liên quan đến Trạm . Chịu trách nhiệm quan hệ với các bên và các đơn vị bạn, địa phương theo phân công của Công ty.
Participate in all meetings related to the Depot. Responsible for coordinating with higher authorities, partner units, and local entities as assigned by the company.
• Phụ trách công tác GDĐT, thi đua khen thưởng, kỷ luật của Trạm: Trực tiếp hướng dẫn và phổ biến tới các chức danh trong trạm, học tập các quy chuẩn, quy chế, quy định, chỉ thị, biệt lệ của Ngành Đường sắt và Công ty.
Oversee education, training, commendation, and disciplinary activities at the depot: Directly guide and disseminate railway industry and company standards, regulations, directives, and exceptions to all positions within the depot.
• Đảm bảo mọi CBCNV của Trạm hiểu và tuân thủ Quy trình.
Ensure all depot staff understand and comply with the process.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác khi được Lãnh đạo Công ty phân công.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by company leadership.
• Tổ chức thu thập, thống kê, phân tích các nguyên nhân gây ra sự không phù hợp, chủ động tìm biện pháp khắc phục.
Organize the collection, statistical analysis, and identification of causes of non- conformities, proactively seeking corrective measures.

• Hiểu biết về cấu tạo, nguyên lý vận hành đầu máy hơi nước và toa xe.
Knowledge of the structure and operating principles of steam locomotives and rolling stock.
• Có kỹ thuật về sửa chữa cơ khí, hệ thống phanh, nồi hơi, thiết bị an toàn.
Technical knowledge of mechanical repair, braking systems, boilers, and safety equipment.
• Nắm vững quy trình an toàn chạy tàu, tín hiệu đường sắt, quy trình vận hành trạm ga.
Proficient in train safety procedures, railway signaling, and station operation processes.
• Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch bảo trì, phân tích hỏng hóc, quản lý chi phí.
Skills in maintenance planning, failure analysis, and cost management.
• Trình độ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp/ chuyên ngành: Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt, tiếng anh chuyên ngành kỹ thuật: đủ trình độ để làm việc với chuyên gia nước ngoài .
English communication / technical English: Good communication skills; technical English at a sufficient level to work with foreign experts
