* Purpose of the job
• Support the development of an operations workforce that meets business objectives, especially in renewable energy and energy infrastructure.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across companies.
* MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies; coordinate with local authorities when needed.
Operations & Compliance
• Prepare analytical HR and labor cost reports.
• Administer payroll, PIT, and mandatory insurances accurately and timely.
Performance Management
• Apply KPI evaluation system fairly and effectively.
Learning & Development
• Build career paths and succession plans.
• Develop annual training plans based on TNA; evaluate training effectiveness.
Report & Data Analytics
• Prepare periodic HR reports: headcount changes, payroll cost, recruitment status, turnover…
• Propose HR process, tools, and policy improvements.
