Deputy Landscape Manager - Gross Salary from Usd1.000 to 1.700

Monitoring with supervision engineers for hardscape/ softscape work during construction stage.
Design coordination between design consultants such as Architect, Interior Designer, MEP engineer, CS engineer, QS engineer, specialists… with Landscape Architect to make sure Landscape design document are well integrated.
Perform relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
Managing the landscape design process through concept, schematic design, design development, tender drawing, construction drawing, and construction stage to ensure design intent will be recognizable in ending product within approved budget and timeline.
Reviewing drawings, documents, material, samples…submitted by contractors in collaboration with Landscape architecture consultant during construction stage.
Monitoring Landscape Architecture Consultants to make sure they can perform properly to match Management and project expectation.
In- house landscape design for small scale internal projects.
Sourcing material supplier, landscape element supplier/ fabricator, planting contractors, planting supplier/ planting types….to support for project design and construction.
