Deputy Maintenance Manager

* Managing daily maintenance jobs effectively- Prioritize to get the job done effectively- Focuses on high priority and important job* Providing daily and on the spot, decision making to get the jobs done properly- 24/24 on- call duty for decision making- Involve in decision making for all critical maintenance jobs* Coordinating with port operations- Communicate maintenance plan with port to utilize equipment downtime effectively.- Communicate with operation for prioritizing between operation vs maintenance jobs.* Provide expertise and technical leadership for better problem solving- Coaching and training staff to be able to handle heavy and complicated problems* Making sure all maintenance jobs to be done safely- Improve safety mindset for staff- Managing all risks at workplace- Provide a safe working place* Monitoring department and staff performance- Review department KPI monthly- Quarterly staff performance appraisal* Responsible for managing Spare part Store- Focuses on critical spares- Making sure the availability of spare part to meet operation requirement at minimum stock value* Work location: Cai Mep Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

- University graduated; Major in Mechanical- At least 3 years’ working experience in Port maintenance with the same position/ responsibilities- Experienced in a Multinational Company environment.- English skill required: Intermediate- Computer literacy (MS Office): Good
