Design Lead

Support operations in organizing workflows, timelines, and design resources
Champion design standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across deliverables
Collaborate closely and constructively with international Writers, Project + Account Managers and Developers
Mentor and guide junior and mid- level designers, fostering craft and creative thinking
Contribute directly to branding, digital, and print design projects with world- class execution

Some experience in B2B marketing and communications design
Understanding of agency processes and team structures
Strong proficiency in industry- standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, G- Suite and Slack (our internal work platforms). Knowledge of After Effects and experience using AI tools is an asset.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1 year of leading others
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design or a related creative field is a bonus.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Starting salary range between 30- 40M VND, depending on experience and competency
