Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and advancements in generative AI.
Identify opportunities for applying generative AI techniques to improve business processes.
Business Requirements Analysis:
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization using generative AI.
Consult, support end- users and suggest new optimized business processes required to fulfill business requirements.
Collaborate with business users, SA and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
Solution Proposal and Ideation:
Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for applying generative AI to address business challenges.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to develop use cases and scenarios for generative AI applications
Generative AI Implementation:
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement generative AI solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for generative AI models.
Testing and Evaluation:
Evaluate the performance and accuracy of generative AI responses to user queries.
Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing of generative AI models, and business function.
Documentation and Communication:
Document all Business processes, reports, dashboard, business rules which capture all business requirements in the BRD documents clearly.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Do Other duties as assigned by the team leaders, manager and director
Follow the IT processes (development, operation) and Bank processes

Working knowledge of applications being supported
System development life cycle skills
Working knowledge of platform and technologies supporting the business application
Good at communication and interpersonal skills
1- 2 years of IT and business/industry work related to AI/GenAI
Demonstrated good at verbal and written communication skills, along with problem- solving
Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation
A bachelor&039;s or master&039;s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, is required
Self- motivated, and a problem solver
Works well with others in an integrated team environment
Being able to understand and catch- up quickly with various GenAI apply to business processes/rules or new products in banking domain (preferable)
Research new technology trending
An understanding of bank business domain (prefer)
Being able to understand and catch- up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
Business application life cycle experience
2- 3- year experience in developing back- end system and application on Cloud e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP etc.,
