We are seeking a Development Testing Center (DTC) Supervisor who will manage the DTC team, provide machine operation training, oversee tooling evaluations, and drive process improvements to support development projects and ensure production readiness.
Training & Team Management
Plan and conduct training sessions for Production Cell Leaders.
Train DTC Team members on machine operation and ensure compliance with standards.
Guide workers and Mold Testers to follow established standards and provide improvement suggestions.
Organize and manage the DTC Team for efficient workflow.
Tooling & Technical Coordination
Plan, fix, and organize new projects in coordination with the team.
Collaborate with Mold, Development, and Production teams to improve tooling based on mold evaluations and technical issues.
Evaluate new tooling projects and update related departments on project status.
Identify and resolve issues related to tooling and injection parts.
Mold Testing & Project Evaluation
Monitor mold testing and mold status regularly.
Evaluate new tooling projects accurately and share test reports with relevant departments, including injection condition documentation.
Review reports and parts from mold testing; assist in preparing reports in English.
Efficiency & Quality Improvement
Enhance DTC Team and machine efficiency (A- P- Q, material usage, worker movement, automation).
Regularly check machine settings and ensure compliance with standards.
Monitor daily machine operations, process flow, and quality to ensure control.
Implement and maintain operational standards for the DTC Team.
Documentation & Reporting
Implement SOPs and IDS (Injection Data Sheets).
Report progress and issues to the Manager promptly.
Manage technical documents and perform special tasks assigned by the Manager.
Create and maintain SOPs, quality matrices, manuals, packing methods, SWB, and item history records.
Continuous Improvement
Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and quality within the DTC Team.
Support development projects and complete tasks assigned by Manager.
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh- Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
* Working time: Monday- Friday: 8:00- 16:30, Saturday: 8:00- 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
