To define, propose, review and implement the investment plans agreed by the top management in a costeffective way
To ensure all company rules and regulations are strictly applied and participate in their review and implementation (HACCP, Halal, Policies, EMS, ISO, FSSC, safety, labour agreements…).
To establish and implement lean mindset / culture for the team, and implement methodologies (6 Sigma tools), including existing KPIs with a focus on OEE and SQDC,
To act as technical support to the management for the budget elaboration (road map) and lean communication.
To recruit and manage a team of trainees whose objectives and expectations should be: waste elimination, value- added oriented, continuous improvement in productivity, process and costs with detailed studies and investment proposal reporting,
To define, measure, analyze, improve, and control, as an approach in order to pilot problem- solving projects.
To manage and coordinate project teams with cross- department members on several progressive activities: TPM, 5S, etc..
To perform any other duties that may be assigned by superiors
To prepare and drive kaizen zone audit with proper coordination between departments.

Education: Degree in any discipline, preferably food industry- related.
Computer skills: MS- Office applications (Excel and Word), ERP or computerized manufacturing system
Technical skills: Food processing, engineering & maintenance, food- related quality standards, lean manufacturing
Experience: 3- 5 years in manufacturing or equivalent
Language: Good English and Malaysia writing and speaking
Training acquired: Quality standard, problem solving and decision making.
Interpersonal skills: Leadership, management, communication, autonomous, flexible, decision- maker
