Direct Reports: 02 Senior Acquisition Executives
Job Purpose
This role ensures scalable, measurable, and technology- enabled growth aligned with profitability targets, cost- of- risk control, and long- term customer value in consumer finance.
The Digital Acquisition & Transformation Manager is responsible for leading digital acquisition strategy while driving transformation initiatives across data infrastructure, tracking governance, automation, and AI- based optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach 2 Senior Acquisition Executives; embed a strong data- driven and automation mindset within the team.
Establish dashboard governance and ensure transparency between marketing data and internal financial reporting.
Continuously evaluate fintech, BNPL, and consumer finance market trends to identify transformation- led growth opportunities.
Oversee AI- based campaign automation (Meta Advantage+, Google PMax, Smart Bidding) and ensure high- quality conversion signals.
Drive digital transformation initiatives including MMP governance, server- side tracking, event taxonomy standardization, and data pipeline alignment.
Design and own full- funnel digital acquisition architecture from click to disbursement with measurable attribution.
Collaborate with Product, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to improve approval rate and reduce drop- off via digital process optimization.
Define advanced attribution models (LTV- based, cohort analysis, payback modeling).
Build scalable acquisition framework integrating product offers, promotions, risk segmentation, and pricing logic.
Yêu cầu công việc
7+ years in Digital Acquisition / Performance Marketing with exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
Deep knowledge of consumer finance economics (CAC, LTV, cost of risk, payback period).
Experience designing scalable digital acquisition frameworks and governance structures.
Proven leadership experience managing high- performance digital teams.
Strong understanding of AI automation, bidding algorithms, and signal optimization.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross- functional collaboration capability.
Hands- on experience with MMP platforms, advanced tracking (SDK, server- side, API integration), and attribution modeling.
