Manage overall activation of their property strategies in owned and third party electronic channels (Marriott.com, multi- lingual global sites, OTAs, meta search sites, search engines, and other eMarketing vehicles).
Works with regional eCommerce team to optimize Paid Search performance.
Rate plans will show on OTAs with benefits that are submitted in eFAST by Revenue team.
Reviews hotel progress against established goals periodically, provides reporting and analysis, and troubleshoots performance issues.
Report to Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing/ Marcom Manager
Manages the PLUS Platform: Cooperate with MDS to build bidding strategy and closely watch the performanc, allocate monthly budget,prepare ad copy of Travelads, set up enhanced targeting of Expedia Travelads & Booking Network Sponsored Ads"for participating hotels in the area/cluster.
Assures that hotel websites on Marriott.com and global sites are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines.
Coordinates execution of online marketing efforts through approved agencies/vendors and Marriott Digital Services team.
Additional benefits (not available in eFAST) & content can be submitted to Market Manager for update.
Solve cases related to OTAs & digital channels if there is any (update taxes & fees, availability issue, cancellation policy update, checking reservations issue, etc.).
Executes online marketing activities in partnership with hotel and cluster Marketing leaders (e.g., loading Marriott.com Hotel Website deals, Group Deals, Group Value Dates, email marketing and affiliate marketing).
Identifies hotel- specific online digital activation needs (e.g., local channels to focus marketing efforts through).
Coordinates with Marcom Manager to validate and track ecommerce goals for the hotel.
Collaborates closely with Marcom Manager to execute online Brand Marketing strategies and plans for the hotel.

Be interested in hospitality industry.
Proficient in running multi- channel Ads, such as Meta, Google (Banner, Keyword, etc.)
Fluent in English skills.
Sensitive in data analysis, familiar with reporting.
Hard- working | Active | Enthusiastic.
At least 01 year in related work experience.
Want to develop career path in Marriott International.
Update and manage various types of websites (Marriott.com, OTA channels). Familiar with working with various types of systems.
