Digital Performance Lead

Job Description:

Building operating procedures, training for the digital team as well as sharing media knowledge to other departments.
Work with the Account team to develop digital performance plans, pitching proposals, hands- on negotiation and communication with suppliers/ clients/ partners is included.
Quality control for all outputs delivered to the clients and responsible for team&039;s KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPIs (CPO, ROI, ROAS, CIR ...)
Research and frequently update new trends on digital, propose adaptation plan accordingly
Other relevant tasks will be assigned by the line manager.
Lead a team (3- 5 people) to provide the best performance to our clients.
Oversee and manage all campaign performance on digital media channels, including Facebook, Google, Tiktok and other channels. Providing hands- on support, instruction, and supervision as needed
Training, coaching and building the team, provide them clear directions and mentorship for both technical skills and soft skills

Job Requirements:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and superior time management and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English;
Big interest in digital marketing, willing to create, do something new, and stay ahead of market trends. Be willing to try, fail, and learn from mistakes;
At least 2- year experience in digital marketing team or digital agency background;
Strong experience in project management & managing people;
Strong problem solver, quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers;
