Benchmark against global luxury fashion brands and propose innovative digital strategies.
Collaborate with Content Creatives to ensure all web & social content is SEO- friendly, brand- consistent, and targeted to high- value audiences.
Ensure all digital outputs reflect BYFAS’s luxury, cultural, and couture identity.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Monitor SEO analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Digital Marketing
Support in running Google Ads, social ads, and retargeting campaigns.
Implement SEO best practices for blogs, press releases, and product storytelling.
We are seeking a Digital & SEO Specialist to strengthen BYFAS’s online presence and drive high- quality traffic to our luxury brand ecosystem. This role will be responsible for developing SEO strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and content optimization that reflect BYFAS’s positioning as a Vietnamese luxury fashion & cultural lifestyle leader.
Coordinate with Marketing Manager to align paid and organic strategies.
Luxury Brand Positioning
Content Optimization
Conduct keyword research tailored to luxury fashion, couture, silk, and cultural tourism.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Content Creatives, and Business Development team to align online strategies with offline experiences at our couture stores, cultural events, and international collaborations.
SEO & Web Strategy
Optimize website structure, product pages, and landing pages for performance and visibility.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (French, Japanese, Korean) is a plus.
Experience in managing websites (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
2–3 years of proven experience in SEO / Digital Marketing, ideally in luxury fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, E- commerce, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Understanding of luxury branding, cultural storytelling, and digital consumer behavior.
Creative, analytical, detail- oriented, and passionate about fashion & culture.
