POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and conduct the CC360 test & training – part of new Salesforce features topic.
MyIMCD Project Management: Lead the project to enhance customer capabilities including onboradning and information access.
Salesforce Administration: Serve as the Salesforce Delegated Admin, providing support and a Q&A line for the local team.
Salesforce Training and Support: Act as the Local Salesforce Trainer for Business Unit key users and and Supply Chain key user by ensuring they possess strong knowledge of Salesforce and support them in using it effectively including sales tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Sales enablement tool).
Serve as the key contact person for monthly meetings with the APAC Digital transformation team, providing updates on projects.
Data Quality Control: Drive the data quality improvement for both accounts and products, including Salesforce Data Mass transfers and lead data analytics.
Serve as a key point of contact for user requirements, ad hoc queries, troubleshooting, performance feedback, and business operations and drive continuous technology and product solution improvements.
Assist the Digital Champion by generating reports required in Salesforce and work together for driving all digital KPIs.
Manage and respond to all related Salesforce tasks, new projects implemtation and act as the main contact point to streamline communication between Regional and Local teams.
Work closely with IT to troubleshoot business operations, product, and technical issues.
Lead Queue Management: Collaborate with Business Unit Managers (BUMs) to manage the Lead Queue effectively.
Topdesk Ticket Management: Raise Topdesk tickets as needed to resolve issues promptly.
Project Tracking & Monitoring the progress of various projects, including data quality, account management, MY IMCD, TDS upload, document upload training, CP, and CC360.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, with the ability to train and support key users effectively.
IT support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of email systems, network management, and communication technologies.
Has related experience in administrative roles for coordinating trade shows and marketing events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between teams.
Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects and data quality control.
Ability to prioritise workload; multi- task and be time sensitive to tasks which are critical; challenge back when needed.
Ability to work collaboratively with regional and local teams.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self- motivated, with a positive "can do" and proactive attitude.
