DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST

Define business and technical requirements for digital projects in collaboration with external vendors.
Integrate and utilize data from multiple internal systems to build actionable insights.
Promote data literacy and digital culture within the organization.
Evaluate and introduce new digital tools, platforms, and technologies that support business objectives.
Lead cross- functional projects to digitize and streamline business processes.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other data visualization tools for management reporting.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and enhance the data warehouse structure.

5–8 years of professional experience in digital transformation, data analytics, or IT project management.
Practical experience and strong understanding of data analytics, process automation, and tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consulting industries preferred.
Hands- on experience with data architecture and database management (e.g., cloud- based DWH solutions).
Business- level English; Japanese proficiency preferred.
