Dining Reservation Agent Trainee

What You Will Do
• Coordinate with F&B and front- of- house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Record guest details accurately and confirm reservation information.
• Update and manage reservations in the system.
• Handle dining reservations via phone, email, and booking systems.
• Follow service standards and learn daily dining operations.
• Provide basic information about restaurants, menus, and operating hours.

Good writing skills
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
